7-Day Easy Return Policy – We want you to love every drape. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Items bought on sale are eligible for exchange only (not refund)
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and go to Order History
- Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Fill in the reason and upload clear photos of the item
- Our team will review within 24 hours and provide pickup instructions
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- UPI / PhonePe: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
- COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for size and colour within 7 days. Simply initiate through your account and we'll send the replacement once the original is received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-stitched or customized sarees
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
